Multistore-Changing Location

If you have multiple locations, switching between them from the main menu is seamless.
You will need to set up which stores each employee can access before they are able to log in to the respective locations. For more information on setting up employee permissions, CLICK HERE.

• Log into AutoFluent with your assigned user name and password created in the Employees Setup. Initially you may only have a Supervisor login available, this login has no password. It is recommended that a password be assigned as soon as possible as this login has full system access.
• On the upper left hand side of the Main Menu you will see a drop down box with the name of the location you are currently logged into.
• Simply drop down the menu and select another store to switch over to that location.

*NOTE: You don’t have to switch between stores to see a particular store’s information like invoices and customers; you can see it all from your current location. For more information on searching information, CLICK HERE.
