Feb 2019 System Upgrades

These upgrades went live in February 2019.
As well as some general housekeeping and system performance improvements, the following is list of the main additions and enhancements to ShiftMatch.

Additions to User Details Report
Improved Reporting: Courtesy of ShiftMatch

The User Details report now includes 2 new columns:
1. Last_Login_Date (column Z) – shows date/time of the last login to ShiftMatch by this user
2. Total Offers (column AA) – shows the number of Availabilities this user has added to ShiftMatch. NB: the number displayed is dependant on the date range in the Reports page.

Ability to Reorder Rapidbooks

Rapidbooks can now be re-ordered so they show in any order required.
Display order can be arranged from 1 (highest) to 100 (lowest)

Delete Date of Termination

Previously, once a Date of Termination had been added to a user, it remained in their profile. There is now a “Clear” button below the calendar details where a Date of Termination can be removed from the User profile

Reorder Governance Items

The order of Governance items can be determined by using Display Order 1-10.
