Integration with HR

When bookable resources are created through HR integration, a relationship is established between these resources and the corresponding Employee or Contractor records in FSCM. This not only allows for the creation of bookable resources, but also ensures the automatic population of worker details in the Project Operations integration journals, enhancing the efficiency of the process.

Bookable resources will be default entries for time entry, expenses, and material usage. When bookable resources are selected in the journals, associated worker information will automatically populate the integration journals. However, if bookable resources are created manually and generate transactions, their worker information will not sync to the integration journals in FSCM.

Resource Creation

New bookable resources created through HR integration will generate resource records in FSCM when transactions are imported for the integration journal. Resource records will be based on the relevant worker information. Note that updates will not be synced between resource records and worker details.
