Unit billing enhancements

As part of this enhancement, unit billing fields at time entry form is removed and parent/child task hierarchy details are added in the Unit billing tab on the project. The unit billing quantity field has been removed from time entry and time entry edit entry forms.

Projects > Time entries > New

Some additional changes have been made:

• A new column to view parent task details
• A green indicator and a space have been added to leaf tasks to help identify the hierarchy of parent to leaf tasks. Fields are non-editable for parent task.
