Overtime multiplier

As part of this enhancement, two new Multiplier fields are introduced in the Bookable Resource • *Overtime Cost Multiplier • Overtime Sales Multiplier* Additionally, a new parameter, Bill Overtime has been added alongside the existing multiplier fields in the Task parameters in Task invoicing form. Bill overtime will have 2 values, *(Note: Labels can be modified, it’s under discussion) * • *Normal Sales Rate • Higher Sales Rate.* When a Time Entry is approved with an Overtime Type, - Cost Actual Price will be calculated using Standard Price × Cost Overtime Multiplier (from the Bookable Resource).

- Sales Actuals will be updated based on the Task Invoicing Parameter Bill Overtime

o If set to Normal Sales Rate, the Sales Price is calculated as,
Cost Actual Price × Overhead Multiplier × Profit Multiplier.
o If set to Higher Sales Rate, the Sales Price is calculated as,
Cost Actual Price × Overhead × Profit × Sales Overtime Multiplier (from the Bookable Resource) for the Unbilled Actual Price.
Defaulting Behaviour:
• If the Cost Overtime Multiplier is blank, the Cost Price defaults from the Standard Cost Price.
• If the Overhead, Profit, and Overtime Sales Multiplier values are blank, the Sales Price defaults from the Standard Sales Rate Card.
