10.0.24 was released on the 3rd February 2022 and is the first release of the new evergreen:operations product. It is based on Microsoft’s Customer Engagement range of applications, specifically Project Operations. This implementation is a combination of three things:

• Sensible and pragmatic configuration of Project oeprations in a way that is suitable for professional services organisations
• Integration with Microsfot’s Dynamics Finance and Operations product (F&O) using their standard integration mechanism that creates financial transactions in F&O which originated in Project Operations
• sa.global’s own IP. In this release, we have introduced functionality to support unit billing. It includes the necessary data handling and processing in Project Operations to be able to process projects of this type and also the integration with F&O.
