Users can print invoice reports based on an invoice template configured in evergreen proserv. The invoice template feature (evergreen Invoice template) can be enabled or disabled from feature management.
Workspaces > Feature management > All:
New invoice templates are created using the invoice template configuration form in evergreen proserv
Project management and accounting > Setup > Invoices > Invoice template configuration
The user can define the default invoice template to be used for all projects in project management and accounting parameters.
Project management and accounting > Setup > Project management and accounting parameters > Setup invoicing options tab > Invoice template name:
Whenever a project contract is created, the invoice template will be defaulted from parameters.
However, the invoice template can be changed at the project contract level from where it will be defaulted in invoice proposals for that contract.
