Task Multipliers

This feature is introduced to multiply sales price with the profit and overhead values. New fields – Overhead and Profit – are added to the Rate tables for Sales context.
Sales > Rates tables > General (tab)

When the new ‘Multiply’ button is clicked, the system automatically multiplies the sales price by the Overhead and Profit values. It then updates the Price field with the resulting amount and marks the ‘Multiplied’ field as ‘Yes’, indicating that the prices have been adjusted.

Parent task multipliers for Task Invoicing

New fields – Overhead multiplier and Profit multiplier – have been added on Task parameters for Task invoicing. This can be set on Individual task or Parent task where ‘Used for invoicing’ is set as Yes, which automatically updates on all its child tasks. Projects > evergreen > Task invoicing > Task parameters

When the time entries are posted, system updates the Unbilled sales amount with Cost price * Overhead * Profit multiplier if either of the fields are set. If no values are set, prices are posted as per standard Microsoft calculations.
