As part of this enhancement, a new Project Tasks form has been introduced in the Project form within FSCM. This update ensures that task statuses are synchronized from Proj Ops, preventing the creation of transactions for tasks with a closed status in FSCM.
New Project Tasks Form
The Project List Page in FSCM now has a new Project Tasks form. This form includes all relevant fields for managing project tasks, including their status.

Task Status Synchronization
Project task statuses (Active/Inactive) will be synchronized from Proj Ops to FSCM, preventing the creation of transactions for tasks with a closed status in FSCM.
Inactive tasks will be visible in Expense Reports, Purchase Orders, and Pending Vendor Invoices.
If an inactive task is selected in any of these contexts (Expense Reports, Purchase Orders, or Pending Vendor Invoices), rest assured that an error message will be triggered, preventing further action. This ensures the system maintains control over potential errors and keeps our operations running smoothly.
