Project Invoice journals enhancement

New global parameter is introduced as ‘Hide mark invoice as paid button’ to control the visibility of ‘Mark invoice as paid’ button on project invoices form. If the field is to No, then ‘Mark invoice as paid’ button will be hidden on project invoices form.
