Code refactoring for performance improvement

As part of the enhancement, the code has been refactored in the following areas for performance improvement, but no UI changes have been made:

Hide/Show Project Operations related menus and fields based on Project operations integration parameters.
Identify whether the integrated environment is FSCM or Business Central in Project Operations.
Refactored Dual-Write mapping with standard field to sync the Custom fields in the Actuals table from Project Operations to FSCM.
Refactored the Evergreen Revenue Recognition dashboard.
Code optimizations were done to improve Generate & Update of forecasting versions.
Import the WBS template to a project and create a template from the project.
Custom fields on the Projects form are moved from the custom table to the standard table.
New button ‘Populate custom data’ added on Evergreen Parameters. This button creates records in respective custom tables for existing data like Customers, Projects & Project contracts.
