Flows to Create/Update the bookable resources in bulk from Proj Ops

Overview

Two new buttons have been added to the worker form, enabling bulk creation and updates of bookable resources. When clicked, these buttons trigger a background process flow that automatically handles all pending creations/updates for the workers, ensuring efficient and streamlined processing.
Resources > Workers > Create and update resources (button group)

• Create all resources by flow

• Update all resources by flow

Four new fields have been added to the evergreen parameters to provide enhanced visibility into flow-related information.

Settings > evergreen Parameters > HR integration

Fields Description
Create Or Update Resource Flow Triggered On Indicates the date and time of when the Create/Update flows were initiated.
Create Or Update Bookable Resource Flow Type Specifies the type of flow that is initiated depending on the button clicked on the workers form – Create OR Update.
Create Or Update Bookable Resource Flow Status Specifies the status of the flow:
  • Processing – if the flow is executing.
  • Failed – if any error encountered during the flow execution.
  • Completed – once the flow has completed execution successfully.
Create Or Update Bookable Resources Flow Details Specifies the details of the flow execution in case of any errors.
