Leave & Absence Integration

This feature is introduced to integrate the Leave & Absence types created in D365 Finance & Operations with Project Operations.

The standard functionality of Leave type creation in D365 Finance & Operations is synchronized with Project Operations.

To access this feature, navigate to:

Finance & Operations > Leave and Absence (module) > Setup > Leave and Absence Types

Leave Types Form in Project Operations

A new form is introduced which lists the Leave types created in D365 Finance & Operations.

To access this form, navigate to:

Project Operations > Resources > evergreen > Leave Types

Edit, create, delete is restricted in the form as the Leave types is created in D365 Finance & Operations.

Leave Types Form Fields

Field Description
Leave type name Indicates the name of the leave type
Leave trans type Indicates the type of leave – Vacation or Absence
Description Specifies the description
Leave amount unit Specifies the Unit
Company Indicates the Company where the leave type is created

Security Roles

The below roles must be added to the user and the respective team to enable access to the functionality:

  • evergreen standalone maintain
  • evergreen integrated maintain
  • Dual write runtime user
  • Dual write app user
