Overview
This feature has been designed to calculate and update contract performance information through a batch processing system. A new button has been added to the evergreen parameters; when clicked, it schedules a batch job to initiate the process seamlessly.
Project contract performance details on evergreen parameters
Settings > evergreen Parameters > General (tab)
Update Contracts Performance
A new button ‘Update contract performance’ is added on evergreen parameters, this triggers the job to update all the contract with Contract performance details.
Contract performance field group
A new field group is added to the evergreen Parameters form with new fields to display the status and other information related to contract performance job.
| Fields | Description |
|---|---|
| Contract Performance Update Status | Indicates the status of the job. |
| Contract Performance Update Triggered On | Specifies the date and time of when the job was started. |
| Contract Performance Updated On | Specifies the date and time of when the job was last updated. |
| Contract Performance Update Details | Specifies the details of the job, lists the details on the failed contracts if any. |
Once the job is successfully updated, the details can be viewed on Project contract details.
