Calculate actuals until validations

As part of the enhancement, Calculate Actuals field is now made mandatory. When creating an invoice through the Task Invoicing Form, the Invoice Date will automatically default from this field. Additionally, future dates are no longer allowed to prevent the creation of invoices with future dated.
