Code Re-factor in FSCM

Changes have been made to the core code models in FSCM, focusing on the following features:

• Project invoice integration
• Invoice templates
• eBilling
• DDR (Dynamic Discounting and Routing)
• Generate project categories for shared categories

No changes have been made to the functionality/forms.
