Locations offer a fast and easy way to set the following on an opportunity and or project:

  1. The location’s address
  2. The location’s currency
  3. The location’s bank account
  4. Sets the location’s warehouse

Here are some example use cases:

Quote for different offices and set the document details, for example, if your business has a Sydney office and a London office each with different addresses, currencies and bank account details, a quick switch of the location sets all these details which will be set for any document generated.

As well as speeding up the document generation process this also ensures that a single template can support multiple offices and business locations.
