Line Item Sets

Line Items sets are a useful way to save common sets of line items that can be applied to any new document to build up complex documents quickly. They also make it easier to standardise common quotes across the company.

Saving a Line Item Set

From any document click on the action cog icon and select the option to save the line item as a set. Name the set. This set can now be used on any other document type.

Applying a Line Item Set to a Document

When creating a document select the option to add line items from a Line Item Set from the cog icon.

Editing A Line Item Set

1. Add the set to a document
2. Edit the line items, add or remove line items
3. Save the set as a new set
4. Optionally delete the previous set to remove it

Line Item Sets and Foreign Currency

All line items take the vales as set on the line item, not the product that spawned them. If a currency has been applied the set will apply the price converted to base currency.
