PDF Management

A PDF in Daylite Sales Assistant is a visual rendering of the document. The overall document for a quote, for example, is the line items, people and companies linked to it, the terms. When completed a PDF is rendered (made) and sent to the customer. This is a final stage of the quoting process.

*Documents are not to be confused with PDFs

How is a PDF generated?

If a document has not PDF generated it will show this.

No PDF for the selected document

Press the Create PDF button (words) and the PDF create window will load.

All available templates for each document type will load. Select the one you need and create the PDF.
The window will close and the document will present in the preview. Use the controls to email or open in PDF editor
The Document will now be locked.
