There are 5 extra fields and 1 extra date field on Daylite products and services. These are duplicated to in Sales Assistant products. The default templates do not include any of the extra fields. These can be added to any template in the Daylite Report Editor.

1. Open Daylite Preferences and select the Report Templates icon

2. This will open the report editor

3. Locate the template that needs to be edited and open it by double clicking the name

5. Locate where you want to add the Extra field on the template and open the editor. Remember to ensure that the text box is set for dynamic text.

In this example the extra field is being added to the line item table, so each product will display its extra field.

6. Add a new Generic token from the special section…

7. Rename the token and add the path as “productService.extra1” or productService.extra2 etc. Change the number to the field you are need to add.

Add placeholder text if you want to display a default message if the field is empty on the product card. Or leave it blank if not.
The spacing of the extra field can be set in the formatter section.
