Daylite Sales Assistant provides a way to invoice Daylite activities, tasks and appointments. As both of these objects have time allocated to them they can be added to a project and then billed. This billing can either be done within Daylite Sales Assistant or from Time&Budget.
In Daylite Sales Assistant the activities appear on the ACTIVITIES tab.

Invoicing Activities from Daylite Sales Assistant
Before invoicing an activity review it in the list. Depending on individual workflows this may vary. From the list review the charge, the details, the title. If any items need to be edited, simply double click them to open the task or appointment in the slide-over. Times will be rounded on the activity view to reflect the billable time and the object will have the actual time. When ready select the activities to invoice and press the Invoice Activities button. This will add the selected activities to a draft invoice. If a draft invoice already exists for this project you will be asked if you want to add it to the existing draft invoices or make a new invoice.
Some new features
The Activity Tab view will show both the Total for the Project or Matter and the un-billed amount. Simply click the Unbilled Total bubble to invoice the total unbilled amount. Or select the activities to bill and press the invoice selected button.
Changing the billing status
Either change a single activity or select multiple and sent the status to apply to all the selected activities.
