Locations

Adding locations to DSA

To add a location click the + button and enter the details for the location…

Enter the values for the location:

• Name
• Address
• Bank Account
• Currency
• Tax rate
• Warehouse
• Tax Codes (ABN Number)

There are both address and details fields provided. These ensure that there are enough fields available for any template requirements. The Standard DSA templates use the following fields mappings. Please ensure the correct Data is entered:

Name = Company Name to appear on the template
Address 1 to 4 are address fields. The templates will adjust automatically for different address lengths
Detail 1 = email
Detail 2 = phone number
Details 3 = web address
Details 5 = Tax Number

Address details in Daylite Sales Assistant documents

Documents display the address set on the location. Ensure that each location has an address set to display in any document. There is no limit to the number of locations in Daylite Sales Assistant so these can be used for any of the following:

• Offices in different cities
• Selling to clients in other countries where different currencies are required
• Applying banking details dynamically onto an invoice to take payments into different bank accounts.
