Architecture Table

The Architecture Table contains Architectural descriptions and the following adjustments: Default Functional (percent), Cost Multiplier, or Factor Value.
The value adjustment factors are default values. The County Assessor or Appraiser is responsible for changing these values to better fit their county.

User may use the to scroll and view the available codes.

This table is applied in the Residential Appraisal File — Residential Data Tab — Building Components Box.

• CLICK Edit Button
• TAB to Architecture Field
• CLICK Refresh Button to make selection list appear.
• CHOOSE desired code and OK to apply a code to a parcel
