Form control actions will display a list of all the action created by adding code or rules to a control or form.
By double clicking on a row, the code designer will open. The user can then edit the code.
For example a control can be hidden depending on the answer given to a question.
e.g. In this case in the form the is a radio button control, depending on the answer of the user, the multi-line text box will be display or hidden.
