Select the type of “Access” connection followed by the next button in the database connection form to display the following form:
1.Database File
This field specifies the database file to be retrieved.
2. Username
The name of the database user.
3. Password
The password for the database.
4. Connect
The connection information in the form is verified and a connection is established in the database if there are no errors.
5. Finish
The link is created, saved and added to “Connect to Database” list
6. Back
The window goes back to the “Connect to Database “ window.
7. Cancel
The current form closes and changes are not saved.
