This form allows the user to create the form properties of the form that will be designed. In those properties the user will decide name of the form and to which entity it is related to. The form entity can be left empty if the user use a quick form feature or form which will only contains a grid that display information about another form and a search section .

The List of form tab will display a list of all the forms related to the application. The user will also be able to create
- New forms
- Delete existing one
- Lock the form or unlock the form
By double clicking on a row or right click and selecting “Design”, it will open the form designer for this particular form.
