This control will display a message when the users mouse hover over the control.
Add the control to a form
1- Drag and drop the control onto the designer. (There is no need to create an attribute for this control)
2- In the Name section, the user enter the message that will be display in the Web
3- In the Control Behavior section, the user will determine if the control will be Visible, enable or invisible for each step of the workflow
4- In the appearance section, the back color and symbol (question mark or exclamation mark) are decided
5- In the misc section, the control can be moved to be at the right, left or center of the column.
