An event called by the system is called a “system event”.
*Note: As long as there is no system event in the scripting environment (action after form, rule, etc.), the process remains in the same state. For more information about event invocation API, see section 12.
An automated event is referred to as an event that automatically brings the process to the next step.
To define a system or automated event, first select the New button, then specify the event type, the event name and title.
In the advanced tab, select the “group of events” or entity.
