You can update your password and user name to access the software and Office Portal in the Settings Page and then clicking on Settings. The following screen will appear:
To change your password, enter the new password in the Password Field and then retype your password in the Confirm Password field, and then click Save.
To maintain compliance with patient record regulatory requirements and laws, myINSiGHT™ has a secure password requirement which requires passwords to be a minimum of 8 characters with one uppercase, one lower case, one number and one symbol (non-alpha) character included somewhere in the password.
