Conducting A WROM (Wireless Range of Motion) Assessment (Scan)

To conduct an assessment, open the ROM Scan Form by selecting the spineROM Scan Icon from the task pad. Select a patient from the drop down list. Please be sure that your Wireless Inclinometer is turned On before continuing. Turn the base unit on and select Start Scan.

A blue LED on the 3DDI will be blinking. If the ROM wireless device is not On, turn it On by pressing the black Power Button on the side of the unit. The unit should begin blinking. To start the scan, press the Start Scan Button (you can use the Green Start or the Gray Start).

Once the device is initialized, its LED will glow a solid blue. You should then see the screen shown here.
