Clicking on the Edit Patient icon from the Patient Page takes you to a page where you can edit the detailed information about that patient. On this page, the following information is required:

  • Patient Name (First and Last)
  • Valid, Unique Email Address
  • Date of Birth
  • Gender

All other fields are optional and you can choose whether to store them. You can also specify whether a patient is a child account and link the parent account here.

Towards the bottom of the page, you will find the CORESCORE™ Goal for this patient. The CORESCORE™ Goal appears on a patient’s CORESCORE™ Progress Report and setting a value here overrides the office default in Settings.

Near the bottom of this page on the left is the Give Portal Access button. If you click this button, myINSiGHT™ will create an account for this patient on the Patient Portal and send them an email inviting them to confirm that account.

At the bottom is a tool to allow you to permanently transfer this patient to another office.
