To maintain compliance with patient record regulatory requirements and laws, myINSiGHT™ has a security question requirement to reset and regain access after a lost password. This helps prevents unwanted access to patient records and data.
To change your security questions, click the Security Questions Button and the following screen will appear.
Provide the answers to three security questions and click Save.
Remember the answers to these Security Questions, as you must supply them to reset your password.
