The ? (Help) Ribbon

The Help ? Ribbon contains functions related to support with FlexiCAD.

Reset to Standard Settings	The Reset to Standard Settings button will restore the location of the window elements (Project Explorer, Properties/Draft Settings, and Command Window) to their default position.
About FlexiCAD	The _About FlexiCAD – dialog shows the next recommended service date, providing a quick and easy overview of your system’s maintenance needs. In addition, includes the contact information of your contact person so that you can get help quickly and easily.
View License	View License opens the license utility. Contact Flexijet Support if you require assistance with this.
Show Program Directory	Show Program Directory will open the FlexiCAD Program Data directory, where files such as unit-specific drafting templates and Installation Symbols are stored.
Reset Messages	Reset Messages button will restore all warning messages so that they will again be displayed.
Start Online Support	Start Online Support will open the Flexijet Support Tool (Powered by Teamviewer)
Create Supportfile	Create Supportfile allows for the creation and uploading of a support file to Flexijet’s central support team at Flexijet’s Global Headquarters in Germany.

  • Your Flexijet Serial Number (If connected to a Flexijet)
  • Flexijet current software version
  • Your next recommended service date.

  • The ‘Data File’ directory that you can open if you click on the ‘Show’ button.
  • The program directory that you can open if you click on the ‘Show’ button.

  • Contact information for support
  • Your Flexijet Contact’s Website
