Extend

The ‘Extend’ button extends an element to intersect with another element.

To use the Extend tool:

• Select the ‘Extend’ button from the ‘Change’ tab in FlexiCAD.
• Select the object to which you want your element to be extended to meet (the ‘border’) and press ‘Confirm’ or the ‘Enter’ key.
• Then, select the object to be extended. You may click additional objects to be extended to the same border.

Trim

• Select the ‘Trim’ button from the drop-down menu in the Strech button.
  
• Select the edges and press ‘Confirm’ or the ‘Enter’ key.
• Then, select the object to be cut. You may click additional objects to be cut to the same edge.
  

Stretch

• Select the ‘Stretch’ button from the drop-down menu in the Extend button.
  
• Select the objects to be extended and press ‘Confirm’ or the ‘Enter’ key.
• Then, select the point from where you want to stretch it.
• Now move the mouse to the next position and click to place the stretched object.
