AutoFluent integrates with a host of different parts and labor guides making adding work and parts to your workorders seamless. Following are the systems that we integrate with, and the information needed for our technical support technicians to set them up.

Labor Guides

Service Data Pro

Contact TABS to add the Service Data Pro module to your system.

AllData

We interface with the S3000 Online Version and the old DVD version. With the online version, you will need:

  • Username
  • Password

Identifix

  • Username
  • Password

AutoAware (Epicor/Activant)

Contact TABS to add the AutoAware module to your system.

Real-Time Labor Guide (disk version)

Estimate will be created in Real-Time Labor guide then can be imported into AutoFluent.

Parts Houses

You will need to following information available when setting up the interface to the following Parts Houses:

PartsTech

  • User ID
  • Password (API Key)

Napa ProLink

  • TAMS Store ID (9 digits)
  • TAMS Account ID (5-6 digits, usually starts with the letter ā€˜Dā€™)

Nexpart

  • Username
  • Password

WorldPac

  • SpeedDial program (Our support staff can install it.)

IAP

  • Username
  • Password
  • Partner ID
  • Seller ID

Carquest
