Chat

From the Main Menu, press the Support button found in the bottom-right corner of the window. Press the On-line Chat button. This option is helpful if you have a quick question that may not require the technician to see any particular problem. Typically general inquires or suggestions.

Remote Support

From the Main Menu, press the Support button found in the bottom-right corner of the window. Input your Name and Question or Issue. Press the green Continue button, then the blue Download Remote Support button. You may see a window appear asking if you want to run or save the file select “Run”. In just a few moments, a disclaimer will appear. Press Accept and you will be added to the queue where a technician will be with you shortly.
