Only a qualified IRB driver and IRB crew are permitted to undertake the task of spreading ashes using an IRB.

All IRB operational requirements must be met.

Ashes are to be placed in a safe place inside the IRB and in a position that they do not affect the IRB driver and IRB crew positions within in the craft. Anything outside of this scope will require a special event application and further approvals.

The spreading of ashes is at the discretion of each local council, as by-laws may differ. It is the responsibility of the requesting party to seek council approval prior to any arrangements being made.
