Monitoring procedures
All incidents must be reported to Surfcom and recorded in LIMSOC.
Through the State Lifesaving Committee recommendations are made. Relevant Branch Directors of Lifesaving, the State Lifesaving Officer, State Operations Support Officer, Lifesaving Services Manager and Lifesaving Service Coordinators/supervisors in consultation with relevant service providers will attempt to implement and action a plan to improve the quality of the lifesaving service and public safety that is provided.
