IRB NON ACCREDITED IRB PERSONNEL

Persons who do not hold a proficient IRB Crew or Drivers are allowed in the IRB only if a Special Event Application has been LODGED AND APPROVED by the Enterprise Risk Manager, IRB Advisor and Lifesaving Services Manager. The IRB non-accredited Personnel Form must be completed in full at the time of the event and sent to the Enterprise Risk Manager as outlined in the special event approval conditions.
