LOST OR DAMAGED RADIOS

Purpose:
This policy outlines the procedures and responsibilities related to the loss or damage of radios provided under the Government Wireless Network (GWN) managed service. It aims to reinforce accountability and ensure seamless communication across Surf Life Saving Queensland (SLSQ) Clubs and Lifeguard Services. 

SURFCOM OVERVIEW
Function: The SOCC is responsible for handling initial requests for repairs, maintenance, and technical issues related to GWN equipment, including faulty or lost radios.
