ELECTRONIC RECORDS OF REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE

It is a legal requirement as part of SLSQ and the Clubs Safety Management System (SMS) to keep written records of all repairs and maintenance and have them available for MSQ to view when requested. When any part of the clubs Powercraft is services or has repairs completed on it, clubs are advised to use the Powercraft Repairs & Maintenance Spreadsheet to electronically record all necessary information to rely on if and when an investigation arises.

The use of this document is not compulsory, but is strongly suggested.
