For component location and orientation, refer to the internal Component Layout Drawings found within the Drawings Binders found in Appendix B. ATevo internal layouts vary, based on enclosure type and rectifier assembly. Identify enclosure (Style-5070, -5030, -163, or -198) of a given ATevo model, per table in Section 1.6 atevo}.
Rectifier Assembly (A6)
This is a grouping of aluminum heatsink(s), Silicon-Controlled Rectifiers (SCRs), protection diodes, and a dc shunt. It is mounted in the upper-left side of ATevo in Style-5070/5030, but the center back panel in Style-163/198. The Rectifier (A6) converts three-phase alternating current (ac) power to direct current (dc) for the battery.
Remote Temperature Probe (A10) – optional
The battery temperature compensation, or ‘TempCo’, probe (A10) contains a temperature-dependent resistor in an epoxy module. When used, this probe is installed on the battery and is connected to the Power Board (A2) at TB8.
