The electrolytic capacitors (C1x) filter ‘ripple’ from the dc output.
- ATevo units rated 16-50Adc utilize a Capacitor Board (A7) bolted to the top of the Power Board (A2).
- ATevo units rated 75-1000Adc utilize a bank of discrete capacitors (C1x). The light blue can-shaped components are hardwired to the Power Board (A2) with bolted connections. In these units, a Bleeder Resistor (R9) is supplied across the filter caps.
