A new Print Confirmation popup has been added when a user clicks Print from the preview window, requiring them to confirm their action and provide a comment before proceeding.

This feature helps organizations improve tracking by collecting additional context on why a document is being printed. It also enhances security and compliance by enforcing printing policies, ensuring that documents are printed with proper justification and handled appropriately.
