Import Users as Resources

Some resources created or published using the Import Users as Resources functionnality are missing their relationship to associated title roles.

Discrepancies in Process Map Comparison

The published process map displayed when using the Show Changes tool during Approval or Endorsement, or the Compare to Last Published Version tool during Change to Review, is incorrect.

RASCI-VS Matrix Table in Details View

The RASCI-VS Matrix table in the Details view displays hyperlinked objects, but clicking on the links for subprocesses does not navigate users to the corresponding subprocess as expected.

This issue does not affect links for other flow objects, where the navigation feature works correctly.

Action Boxes

  • When a user clicks on an object that needs to be reviewed in the To Do module, no Pending Review action box appears when they are redirected to the object’s Details view.
  • When a user sends a process for approval from the Diagram view, the Pending Approval box does not appear in the Details view.

BPMN Import

  • When a diagram is imported in BPMN format, it is displayed as a Flowchart that mirrors the original layout. If users switch to the Swimlanes view, the auto-layout is applied, which does not preserve the original structure.
  • When importing a BPMN process diagram, the transitions on artifacts and assets are not shown.

Task Shortcuts

When assigning a task as a shortcut (i.e., linking an existing task to another task in a different process) in a process map with phases, the task is moved from its original phase to a different phase.

Search Dropdown

When performing a search in the search widget, the suggestion dropdown generated by the widget can sometimes appear in the top-left corner of the search results page.
