The 15.2.10 Service Pack delivers a feature improvement and key bug fixes that enhance platform stability, reliability, and user experience.

Improved Heading Control for Word Exports

Creating structured documents like SOPs and object books is now more reliable. A new export option ensures that heading styles used in rich text fields are preserved correctly in Word, helping maintain a clear and professional document structure.

What’s New?

Rich text exports now support two heading mapping modes:

  • Absolute: Headings (e.g., H1, H2) always map directly to the corresponding Word styles (Heading 1, Heading 2), no matter where they appear in the document.
  • Relative: Headings adjust based on where the content is placed in the Word template. This was the previous default behavior.

How It Works

To apply absolute mapping, use the #H0 tag in your template structures.

  • Example: @@richTextDescription[#H0]:{nodeId}@@

This improvement gives teams better control over document formatting and reduces the need for manual cleanup after export.

Audit Trail Download Now Works for All Processes

Fixed an issue where downloading the audit trail for specific processes triggered a server error. Audit trail exports now work consistently across all processes, including those with complex approval and endorsement histories.

Published Object Details Now Fully Accessible to View-Only Users

Fixed an issue where users with Read Published permissions were unable to see the details of certain published objects. These users can now access full object details as expected, ensuring transparency and consistent visibility across the platform.

Search Index Build Issue Resolved

Fixed an issue where the search index was not fully generated on some servers, leading to errors when searching certain objects. This update enhances system stability and ensures more reliable search results.

Publishing Now Works for Specific Processes

Fixed an issue where attempting to publish a specific process resulted in no response. The problem was linked to incomplete search indexing. Publishing now works as expected for all processes.

Improved Stability for AI-Powered Features

Addressed timeout and rate-limit errors impacting AI features like the AI Assistant. These errors, caused by excessive API requests, led to occasional failures and delays. The system has been optimized to better handle API usage, improving overall AI responsiveness and reliability.

ARIS Imports Now Include All Flow Objects

Fixed an issue where importing ARIS files failed to bring in all flow objects. The import process now accurately includes all expected flow components, ensuring complete data migration.
