New System Setting to Define Confirmation Deadlines
A new system setting allows admins to define a default deadline (in days) for confirmation actions. When set, the system automatically calculates a due date from the time the confirmation is created. This helps improve audit tracking and task accountability.
What’s New:
- New system setting: Admins can now configure the
CONFIRMATION_DUE_DATE_DELAY
setting.- The setting is optional and set to
0
by default. If left empty or set to 0, no deadline will be applied. - It only applies to new confirmation actions created after the change. Pending confirmations are not affected.
- The setting is optional and set to
- Deadline visible in To Do: The deadline appears in the user’s To Do module alongside each new confirmation task.
Share Links Now Navigate to the Correct Location
Fixed an issue where share links redirected users to the Home page instead of opening the intended document or object. Links now behave as expected, including opening documents, tasks, or search results. Links created in versions 13.1 and 13.4 are also supported.
Shared Document Links Now Function Properly When Session Has Expired
Fixed an issue where shared document links did not work if the user’s session was no longer active. EPC now handles these cases properly and allows users to access the shared content.
Digital Signature Approval Enhanced to Prevent Screen Freezing
Fixed an issue where approving PDF documents with digital signatures caused the screen to freeze. Users can now approve signed documents without issues.
ARIS Import Now Handles All Valid Files
Fixed an issue where importing certain ARIS files triggered an error message, while others worked as expected. EPC now correctly processes valid ARIS files regardless of their source or structure.
