AI Rule & Control Documentation Parsing in EPC

Users can now directly parse their regulatory files within the Rule and Control modules, seamlessly transforming the content into actionable EPC objects.

Additionally, users can include detailed instructions to optimize the parsing process, such as specifying text patterns, keywords, or sections. Default prompts are available, which cover common parsing practices, and can assist users in creating their own custom instructions for more precise parsing.

This feature simplifies the integration regulatory requirements into your organization’s database by eliminating the need for manual data entry or switching to the Parser application.

How it Works

1. Right-click on the desired set or folder in the tree to access the ‘Parse Regulations’ or ‘Parse Controls’ options.
   

   **The parsed regulations or controls will be nested as the child of the selected set or folder.

2. Browse your files to choose an image by clicking on the Choose File button.
3. Select a default prompt or add custom instructions.
4. Choose which pages of your document to parse, allowing to process only the most relevant content.
5. Once the parsing is complete, the regulations or controls will be visible and accessible in the tree.
