Notifications in Process Governance Activities
Users engaged in Process Governance activities (e.g.: approval, endorsement, CR, confirmation, etc) stay informed through notification emails whenever relevant events occur in EPC objects.
| Item | Description | |

| 1 | Activity | The activity that has generated the notification (Confirmation) |
| 2 | Object Type & Name | The type and name of the object in question |
| 3 | Sent by | The user who ‘set up’ the governance activity or modified the object |
| 4 | Environment | The environment where the process is located |
| 5 | Comment | Any additional comments made by the user |
You’ll receive notifications in these cases:
- When you’re assigned a role or resource using the RASCI-VS Matrix.
- When you’re chosen as an object approver, endorser, reviewer or author.
