13.4 AI Mass Impact Recommendations

Users can utilize AI to generate a list of impact recommendations for multiple items simultaneously, selected in the List view. This list displays the chosen items along with the objects that the AI identifies as most impacted. Users can filter the results by object type, displaying only the impacts relevant to the selected type(s).

Additionally, this feature includes an option to export the generated impact recommendations as a CSV report. This report offers a structured summary of the selected objects and their corresponding impacted objects, including each item’s UID. The file can serve as a record for further analysis, collaboration with team members, or other documentation needs.

Configuration

For the AI Mass Impact Recommendations feature to function properly, admins must create a search index for each environment if it has not already been created.

Accessing the Feature

1. Navigate to the List view.
2. Use the select box to choose the objects you want to analyze.
3. Click the mass action ellipsis button.

4. From the drop-down menu, select Impact Recommendations

5. The impact recommendations for each selected item will appear in a pop-up window.

6. When done, click Close.

Using the Feature

1. Filtering the List: Select the desired object type(s) in the Select Module dropdown. Click to refresh the list.

2. Remove a Filter: Click on its x button. Click to refresh the list.

3. Loading More Impacts: Click on View More to load more impacts for the object.

4. Previewing Objects: Click on the object name to open the preview window.

5. Downloading the Recommendations: Click on to save the impact recommendations as a CSV file for further use.

Rule Module Integration

Within the Rule module only, users can quickly associate impacts from the recommendations list to the objects with just one click on the button.

This seamless integration enhances workflow efficiency, making it easy to manage and assign multiple impacts as needed.
